Welcome to Pure Scan Breast Ultrasound. By accessing or using our website, booking services, or scheduling an appointment with us in Miami, Florida, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
This Services and Website Terms of Use Agreement (the "Agreement") constitutes a legally enforceable contract executed by and between you and The Pure Scan LLC, a Florida limited liability company, including its subsidiaries and corporate affiliates (collectively designated as "The Pure Scan," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The Pure Scan administers mobile wellness operations within the State of Florida and across authorized jurisdictions to provide purely elective, non-diagnostic supplemental breast ultrasound screening scans (the "Services"). You expressly acknowledge and agree that these elective screenings do not substitute for diagnostic mammography, standard clinical evaluations, or comprehensive medical management by a licensed physician.
This Agreement governs your lawful right to access, browse, or engage with The Pure Scan online interfaces (the "Sites") and your eligibility to schedule or undergo our screening evaluations. The Sites and Services are intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By accessing the Sites or purchasing any Services, you solemnly represent, warrant, and covenant that you are of legal age to execute a binding contract under Florida law. If you do not meet this eligibility standard, you must immediately cease all use of the Sites and forfeit any scheduled Services.
THE SUPPLEMENTAL SCREENING PROTOCOLS, VISUAL IMAGES, AND RADIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS SUPPLIED BY THE PURE SCAN ARE INTENDED SOLELY FOR YOUR PERSONAL, INFORMATIONAL, AND WELLNESS PURPOSES. THE PURE SCAN IS NOT A LICENSED HEALTHCARE CLINIC, DOES NOT ADMINISTER PRIMARY MEDICAL CARE, AND DOES NOT ENGAGE IN THE PRACTICE OF MEDICINE IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA. ACCORDINGLY, THE SERVICES AND ANY ASSOCIATED REPORTS REPRODUCED BY THE COMPANY ARE NOT DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS, AND ARE NEVER INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE, CURE, CATCH, MITIGATE, TREAT, OR PRESCRIBE PHARMACOLOGICAL OR THERAPEUTIC REMEDIES FOR ANY TRAUMA, PATHOLOGY, ONCOLOGICAL ANOMALY, OR MEDICAL CONDITION.

Appointments and scheduling
Online scheduling is provided for your convenience. Please arrive on time for your scheduled screening. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request notice in advance according to our clinic's booking policy.
