1. Preparation

You'll just change into a gown and take off your clothes from the waist up. No big prep needed!

2. Positioning

You’ll lie back on the exam table and might be asked to lift one arm above your head. Easy peasy!

3. Gel Application 

They’ll slather on some warm, water-based gel on your skin. It’s nice and comfy!

4. Imaging

The ultrasound wand will gently glide over your breast and underarm area to get those images.

 5. Less Than 20 Minutes

The whole screening takes less than 20 minutes. Quick and easy!

6.  After the Exam

Once you’re done, you can jump right back into your day. A board-certified radiologist will check out your images later.
